Description of the Award
The Director of Graduate Studies Award recognizes the director of graduate studies who has had the most significant impact on graduate studies in his/her program.

Eligibility Criteria
All directors of graduate studies are eligible to be nominated for the award. Award winners must be able to attend the Graduate School Awards Dinner on Friday, May 17, 2013, when the award will be presented, and the Graduate School Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 18, 2013.
Nomination Procedure
Directors of graduate studies must be nominated by either their department chairperson or academic dean only. Nominations should be submitted as a formal letter of nomination via email to Mary Hendriksen
Selection Committee
The Selection Committee will be the Graduate School Leadership Committee.
Nominations must be received by Mary Hendriksen in the Graduate School on or before noon, April 18, 2013.
