The Graduate School partnered with the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center to offer graduate students free tickets to a performance of the Ahn Trio’s BraziliAHN on Friday, September 17, 2010. The performance was followed by a wine and cheese reception, co-sponsored by the Graduate School and the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, on the Center’s terrace.
This is the third year that the Graduate School and the Performing Arts Center have collaborated to offer graduate students free tickets to performances. Past performances include the Hot Club of San Francisco, the Toyko String Quartet, Dianne Reeves, and the Kronos String Quartet.
This academic year, graduate students will have the opportunity to secure free tickets for a second performance at the Performing Arts Center: The Diavolo Dance Theater will perform on Friday, February 11, 2011, at 7 p.m. Announcements regarding these tickets will be distributed in January.
