For a third straight year, the Shamrock Series 5K race emphasized the dynamism of graduate education at Notre Dame. This year’s 5k took place the morning of the Notre Dame and Navy football game on the historic downtown streets of San Antonio, Texas on November 12. Banners displayed along the course as well as a booklet (at right), distributed to all registered runners, featured graphic representations of the research of nine Notre Dame graduate students.
Event net proceeds from the race are going to fellowships and support for active-duty and veteran graduate students at The University of Notre Dame.
