Featuring student scholars and innovators on our website is just one piece of this crucial narrative — you are the faces (and voices!) of graduate research at Notre Dame.

Although we would love to make your work more visible, your safety and peace of mind are always our priority.
Submit Your Bio
If you would like to provide a brief biography detailing your graduate work and/or how your select fellowship has enriched your studies, we'll be happy to include the bio with your profile. Please include your NetID in the email, and send the text to gradsch@nd.edu for inclusion on the website. Limit this text to no more than 6-8 sentences; the Graduate School may edit biographies for clarity or brevity as necessary.

Your Research Matters. You Matter.
Images submitted to the Graduate School may be used for the Select Fellowship Recipient profiles, Grants and Fellowships Success Stories, or news stories featuring your research, as applicable. If you have questions regarding your photo submission, please contact the web team at gradsch@nd.edu.
Photo File Guide:
- Use your unique NetID as the file name so we can easily match it to the correct person
- JPG/JPEG or TIF are the preferred photo formats
- Portrait orientation (or easily cropped to portrait)
- Dimensions: at least 600px wide x 840px tall
- Min. 300ppi resolution preferred (72ppi accepted for web-use only)

Photos may be submitted by email (please use your Notre Dame email account). If a photo is too large to attach, you may send us a link to file in your ND Box or Google Drive.
