Description of the Award
The Director of Graduate Studies Award recognizes the director of graduate studies who has had the most significant impact on graduate studies in his/her program.

Eligibility Criteria
All directors of graduate studies are eligible to be nominated for the award. Award winners must be able to attend the Graduate School Awards Dinner on Friday, May 17, 2019, when the award will be presented, and the Graduate School Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 18, 2019.
Nomination Procedure
Directors of graduate studies may be nominated by their department chair, academic dean, faculty colleagues and students.
Selection Committee
The Selection Committee will be the Graduate Studies Leadership Committee.
