Speak Up & Institutional Equity

The University of Notre Dame is deeply committed to ensuring students from all backgrounds can succeed. The University prohibits discriminatory harassment and sexual harassment, including sexual assault or misconduct, dating or domestic violence, and stalking, and enforces its Non-Retaliation Policy to protect those who report.

The University encourages students to report all incidents of bias, discrimination, and/or harassment so that the University can take appropriate action to assist the students involved and improve the campus climate.

  • Submit a report, and it will be routed to the correct office to address the concerns. The course of action taken by the University will depend on the facts and circumstances of each report.

ND Integrity Line

If talking with your supervisor or other administrator or making a Speak Up report are not an option in dealing with a concern and you wish to report a concern anonymously, you can use the ND Integrity Line, which includes either an online reporting form or a toll-free phone number you can call to report your concerns. The ND Integrity Line is available at any time of the day or night. No call-tracing or recording devices are used. If you wish, you may remain completely anonymous.
