The computational finance specialty of the Master of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics trains students in the mathematical, statistical and computational tools used today in the financial industry. The program's specially designed curriculum teaches both sophisticated analytical skills and practical problem-solving talents. Capstone project work and training in business communications will help students become effective employees soon after they are hired.
