Notre Dame’s Online Master’s in Data Science program is offered by the Department of Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics (ACMS), which brings together faculty from across the University and seasoned industry experts.

Intentionally designed for working professionals, the program allows students to earn their degree in just 21 months through part-time enrollment, with six credits per semester across five consecutive semesters. This flexible structure enables students to maintain full-time employment while earning their degree.

The program’s online format is designed to facilitate the learning of complex quantitative material. Students benefit from small, live online classes taught by Notre Dame faculty and industry professionals, ensuring a highly personalized and interactive learning experience. Additionally, students can participate in exclusive immersion weekends, combining hands-on project work with industry roundtables and professional development opportunities.
