Notre Dame’s Center for the Study of Languages and Cultures (CSLC) has partnered with several campus entities to offer a free Mango Languages account to everyone with a Notre Dame email address.
Mango offers lessons in more than 70 foreign languages and utilizes a proprietary method for teaching practical conversation in a fun, flexible learning model. Focusing on the four key components of language learning: vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and culture, Mango will keep students inspired and engaged. Mango also offers full length international movies from which to study and learn.
A free account can be created through the Mango Languages task at inside.nd.edu. Once the account is created, Mango mobile apps compatible with Apple, Android, Kindle and Nook devices can be downloaded. With these tools, Mango’s lessons can be accessed online 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
